Spring into Wellness

  • Mill Pond School 6 Olde Hickory Path Westborough United States (map)

Spring into Wellness is a free community program for all ages- from children through senior adults. Through a wellness expo, hands-on activities, and opportunities to learn about health benefiting tools, we will connect attendees to resources which support mental and behavioral health, showcase various ways to positively impact well-being, and decrease the stigma surrounding mental health.

Explore community resources. Ask what they provide. Pick up information. Do a table activity. Enter to win prizes! Visit with therapy dogs, drop in art and journal activity with Mill Pond art teacher Ms. Crossin and light refreshments. Check out Team Sharing’s Hope’s Room. Hope’s Room is a mock teen’s bedroom designed to educate parents about possible signs of substance use.
